Even though you aren't having cold weather, you want to copy the same silhoutte as the sweater look. A longer length top that stops just below the zipper of your jeans is about the right length. If it's longer than that, belt it loosely, and let the belt rest on your hips, rather than cinch your waist (ick 80's). You can also layer with a tank and a gauzy button up to get the same look with lighter weight fabrics.

If you have a long enough torso (so it wouldn't totally dwarf you) tunic tops are really in this season.. A nice light flowy blouse would also look awesome.
Stay away from anything to bulky, as it will make you look huge on top and tiny on the bottom!

wear any type of sweater that's longer than a usual shirt, perhaps a nice belt as accessory, a cute pair of flats, or boots.

Long-ish tops. They don't have to be longsleeve, so the weather shouldn't be a problem.
