usually it takes a long time to get rid of weight but i figured a way around it haha, i did 3000 sit ups every two days for about a month and lost more than 80 pounds and it has been gone for years now and i never got it back.

the thing is i did half sit ups so it makes me feel like i did more and i actually did do a lot, so i actually did it and played a trick on my mind at the same time. but if you are not obsessive compulsive you may not like the idea? idk. you might hurt yourself? but thats if you want to get rid of it 'fast' and i would describe it as 'effective'

its all about exercise and i hate it. lol.

protien diet, i did it for 2 months and i lost so much weight more than 10 pounds, but u have to stay on it no cheating!!! even from the first month u start noticing its the best diet out there and it works so good

water ....it's always worked for me , drinking a lot of water and eating al ot of foods with a lot of water in them like fruit , on top of weight loss my skin and hair look fabulous .... but also i've heard great things about the master cleanse (on the news) but be careful and do your research
