Hi there !!! Hmmmm in michigan . Beautiful place. I would think something along the lines of nature, beauty, maybe even the water rapids, something that could be incorporated with the hotel, convention area and buffet style serving.
So many times we can find a great name in an instant. Visualize your place in operation , try to feel the environment, the aromas of the food you will be serving.
The people that will be gathering there. What kind of groups frequent this hotel and convention center, age groups, ect.. The name should reflect the essence of your restaurant.
These are just some ideas so you can cook up something unique
