write it on your passport that you were born at 9.40 am and the visa authorities will never grant you the visa , the reason is they grant you a visa on the basis of your interests , your income , but not on your thoughts about astrology .
get a life , the people who grant visa are not fools who would look into such details ,
if this is the case all the people who were born in guwahati , at 9.40am in the morning will get a visa , no matter they are rich , poor , illiterate , criminals or fools.
you are literate enough , dont believe in such things.......

i became born in Shelby Ohio in the u . s .
