Every baseball stadium is a different size. The lengths of the outfields vary, but they are usually around 350-400 feet. It is 90 feet between bases, and each major league stadium holds between 40,000-50,000 spectators.

the dimensions on the infield are always the same. 60 feet 6 inches from the mound to home plate and 90 feet from base to base. new stadiums must have fences that are at least 330 ft from home plate down the foul lines. exceptions to this requirement require approval of the commisioners office. older stadiums are exempt from this relatively new statute.

Matthew is correct. When he writes 60.5 feet that indicates 60 and 1/2 feet. 1/2 foot is 6 inches (6").
