I was 10 min. late. I didn't see or speak to the manager, but one of the workers said I should just come back next week and tell the manager that I couldn't make it last week. Do you think he'll still accept me for the next group interview?

Arriving on-time to an interview is crucial because it shows that you can effectively manage your time and schedule. However, there are sometimes unforseen events, like a major accident for example, that might make you run late. But then the professional thing to do would have been to let them know you'll be late. Either way, it's always important to arrive to interviews on-time.

As for whether they'll accept you for the next group interviewing session, who knows? That's up to them, but you've already got one strike against you since you showed up late to this one. If they do take you for the next session, then be prepared for their asking why you were late to the first one.
