Miley and her father Billy Ray Cyrus have private unlisted numbers for a reason-people like you who think that making contact with a famous person, who has never heard of you, will somehow make you important. I'm sure only close personal friends and business associates have their number as it should be. I doubt seriously that any of those people will be giving out their number.

Nobody's going to give you her number or any other celebrities number. Just get that thought out of your head. Unless of course you have LOTS and LOTS of money. Have you won the lottery or do you have someone really, really rich that'll buy you the number.
