I have a 1991 Porsche 911 C4. I need some precise advice on how to replace the fuel filter. If possible, with some pictures.

Thank you, Henri

It's been a while since I have worked on one, but the owner of the Mercedes Dealer, where I worked in the past, was a former Porsche race car driver and owned about 25+ of them. We maintained a few of them in the shop. The filter was by the air filer cover. Take off the housing cover and break apart the hex nut on one side and the other I think just has a hose clamp. Unscrew the center strap and it comes out. It sounds easy, but it is a bit of a tight fit. I wish I had pictures, but once you see the filter, it will make sense how it comes out. It shouldn't take you more than 1/2 hr - 1 hr with clean up and checking for leaks. I hope this helps.
