Antigravity is a column in Scientific American...

Electromagnetics knows + and -, two poles, each is the other's antipole.

Gravity does not know such an antipole. Your question suggests, that you believe that antigravity exists.

I want to believe, that I have 1000 Dollar/Euro in my pocket, but alas, it is not there... What I mean to say with that is, that a belief or a wish does not make it exist..

By the way:
Dark matter and dark energy are theoretical constructs, which may also be explained differently, like with the MOND-theory.

Yes. It is called the dark force. It is the force that is making the universe expand more rapidly than it should if gravity were the only main force involved. The nature of this force is still unknown and is being investigated.

As long as there is gravity and air and drag you can defeat these forces with your design and thrust to get a lift. There is no anti gravity as such.

yes

A fabled top secret World War II technology, never fully developed by the Nazis, although many individuals were allegedly killed in the process of its testing, apparently has been replicated in part by a mainstream Californian defense contractor, SARA, showing anti-gravity and propulsion effects.

no, the mythbusters tested a device that at first seemed to be antigravity but it had thrust because it was pushing air. in a vacuum, it didn't work.
