We generally get our periods quicker when we eat food that creates too much heat in our body. So try the opposite to delay your periods. Eat lots and lots of yoghert, it'll cool your body down. Also, no alcohol for a while. Yoghert works for me. If I think of anything else, I'll msg ya.
And Oh Yeah, Honey in some hot water will do the trick too. Drink it so that it's a little hotter than warm. Or simplier still, just have a spoonful of honey and swallow. These things seem to delay periods for me. I don't know how far it might work for you.
Have a great time on your trip. :)

The only thing I know of is if you are on birth control pills, you can skip the green pills or inactive pills, and go straight into the next month. You will not have a period if you can do this. Other than that, I don't think there's much you can do! Sorry!

My mother in law swears by eating a tablespoon of flour a day. I haven't tried this however.

Start taking birth control pills.
Go to the doctor, get a prescription, and it'll stop your period until you stop taking them. If you don't want to continue taking hormones after your vacation, simply stop taking them and you'll get back to normal.

There is no food that would slow down your menstrual cycle. Use tampons for now.
