I finally decided to move on from my baby daddy but it seems like he knows when I'm feeling someone else...why doesn't he understand that its over?

In general, women fall in love faster and men fall in love harder. It's hard for men to say goodbye to long term relationships, or the fact that you are the mother of the child. To men, this feels like betrayal, whereas women get hurt towards the beginning.

he still has feelings but don't want you with anyone else even though you guys may not get along anymore. there is just a special connection with your kids mom or dad even though you can't get along. He still loves you but just can't handle seeing you happy with someone else and it hurts. He will move past it one day.
