Well, I have nothing but love for Britney and have been a fan for years. I just wanted to know what had happened.

I've tried to find the links that posted the original story and pics about the baby incident, but they're no longer active because the old stories have been updated with the newer ones.
She was coming out of a Starbucks (90% sure) with the baby in her left arm and a cup of coffee in her right hand. She was wearing jeans and high-heels. Britney was trying to make her way through the popparazzi to get to her car when her heel got caught in a sidewalk seam and that's when she lost her balance. The baby never hit the ground and survived... can't say the same for the coffee... unfortunately, it didn't make it. =P
A bodyguard helped catch her so she wouldn't fall with the baby and she ended up running back into the coffee place to get away from the popparazzi. Of course, marveolous human beings they are, they showed their concern and support by hovered outside still snapping pictures of her crying over the baby almost getting hurt. Great humanitarians those popparazzi, eh? =P
She wasn't drunk, it was just a bad step while in high-heels, and that's the real story. Everything was just blown out of proportion and spun by the haters into making it sound like she was drunk at the time. The baby incident happend before the split with K-Fed and the partying with Paris & Lindsay.
... and its not another near-baby-drop incident because the haters would have posted new pics on the blogs with the unoriginal tag line of "Ooops, She did it again!" to draw attention to the new story.

Yes she was. That was a great moment for boozers everywhere. She proved herself because, even though she nearly dropped Sean Preston on his poor little head, she didn't loose on single drop of her drink!

that baby is huge, she had a latte in the other hand, she had on high heels on a rocky street. a recipe for disaster.

OF COURSE SHE was DRUNK THEN, i saw a news in a paper that in her yearly money plan, she spend most of it for drinking and shopping!! SO SHE WAS DRINKING!!
BUT SHE WAS CARRYING HER BLOOD CHILD!! SO I AM ALSO THINKING SHE WAS NOT DRINKING THEN!! oR SHE WAS A NUMBSKULL WHEN SHE WAS DRUNK!!!!

NO SHE WAS NOT, SHE TRIPPED ON A CRACK IN THE GROUND CAUSING HER TO MOMENTARILY LOSE HER BALANCE W/ ALL THE DAMN PAPARAZZIS IN HER FACE, IT WASN'T EVEN THAT BAD, THE PRESS MADE IT SEEM BAD, I WISH PEEPS WOULD LEAVE MY BABY ALONE. I MEAN REALLYY, WHO HASN'T TRIPPED WHILE CARRYING A KID. LUV YA BRIT.
