How old are you? If you are still developing, don't worry. the other one will catch up. You may still end up with one slightly smaller, but it will not be noticeably different.

Hi Parul - I don't know how old you are but It is normal for women to have substantial differences in the directionality, shape or size of their breasts. If you are still growing, your differences may become less pronounced as you mature. Though such a size discrepancy can be inconvenient, it is not dangerous or abnormal. If you are young, I suggest that you wait a couple more years before doing anything.
If at eighteen, you are still self-conscious and uncomfortable about your breasts, you may want to consult a plastic surgeon about your options. Asymmetry of breast development is one of the most common reasons that women have plastic surgery. Typically, women will choose to enhance the smaller breast, and the vast majority of women are very satisfied with the cosmetic results that they get.
Good Luck to you.
