Call a reputable health care facility (hospital, HMO, Dpt of public health, etc), but DO NOT contact someone by email who has a friend that can connect you with a discount circumcision. Check out the link below for an easy-to-read description of the procedure.

Look in Yellow Pages (or equivalent) for Urologists, who are the doctors specialising in male genitals. Call a few of their offices and get pricing, etc. Then simply make the necessary appointment.

Remember though that you will have to pay for the operation yourself as most insurance policies do not cover elective circumcision.

My friend is a plastic surgeon and an urologist. I'll see what he can do for you. This is not a spam nor a "cheap circumcision provider". She is a reputable urologist.
