She says her Boy Friend likes to make small burn marks on her butts through his cigarate stubs and calls it love marks. Is he pervert or out of his mind?

She belongs at a police station getting pictures taken, and making statements to detectives. This is not normal. Your sister should know this. Unless she is heavily into S & M it should not be acceptable to anyone.

sounds like he's got some mental issues that need to be addressed.
anyone that likes to inflict pain or mutilation onto another person is not of right mind and should seek medical attention
as for your sister-even if she thinks it's NOT-this is abuse. he's leaving marks on her in a harmful way and she should not tolerate it. the burns could get infected and cause her serious problems down the road.
as they are only small burns now, but people like this usually get worse as time goes on. what will happen when he starts to hit her (punch on the arm,leg,etc) and then tries to tell her it was only a little "love tap"?
if your sister is under the age of 18-tell your parents-this may not seem like a big issue right now but it is and it will get worse.
i'm a single mom of 3 and just got out of a 2 year abusive relationship. it started out as him pushing me just telling me he was playing around. i did nothing about it and when i finally got the courage to leave him ( 2 emergency room visits later) he had escalated to punching,spitting on,kicking, and slapping me. he bloodied my nose several times but i was scared to leave b/c i thought i had nowhere to go. 2 years later, i have my own home and am raising my kids safely away from all of the abuse.
please stress to your sister that this guy isn't worth it if he's going to do something this harmful to someone he is supposed to care about

He is both, a pervert and out of his mind. And your sister is being abused. This is not only abusive, but dangerous. If he is into hurting "a little" now, he will most certainly want to hurt her more and in worse ways. She needs to run like hell from that sadist and not look back.

He must be sick. How can anyone call it love when instilling pain?? You should tell your sister not to allow it. It may be small burnt marks now, but these things can lead to bigger issues later. If he feels good doing this already, god knows what he will think of he gets bored of this fettish and crave for something more exciting to him!! You gotta help your sis! Good luck!!

That is physical abuse go to the police, he is a sicko. Tell your sister to stay away from him. What's next is he going to beat her and call it love making. This guy is a perv and he should be put in jail were some guy named Rocko can but burns on his butt and cal it love.

Do what you can to get her away from him. Have you seen the stories of the girl friends/wives who are now dead or who were set on fire by guys like that? What he is, is abusive and dangerous.

Sounds like he has a fetish for BDSM. If he isn't causing permanent damage and she is into it I wouldn't worry. If he is abusive verbally or physically try to help her get out of that relationship.

first of all he is over controling and if you do somthing to someone and it leaves a mark it is considered abuse !
