Can you please rephrase the question to something that makes more sense? Are you the employer who canned an employee unjustly? Or are you an employee who got canned for some reason and are begging for your job back?

If we understand correctly... you want to write a letter asking your employer to allow you to come back.
I have seen this happen and in some cases it works. Especially if you left in good standing.
