You need an analog phoneline.

An analog FAX machine is not a networkable piece of equipment. This is not to say that if you have a wireless network in your home, you can't also have a FAX. The FAX will require an analog phone line to connect to. If you are receiving your broadband connection via DSL, you'll just need to install a DSL filter and then plug the FAX line into the DSL filter (the same way you would plug in any phone). Based on your spelling of "analogue" I'm supposing that you are outside of the US, and I'm not familiar enough with the cable systems there to know about the cable-phone options. However, if you are using VoIP such as Vonage, you CANNOT use this line to connect your FAX. A FAX requires a traditional analog phone line to operate properly.
