Yes we do.. I raise them..they are a big rabbit, they can get to be 20 plus pounds. there are a good pet to have, but they are a higher maintence rabbit, due to they are so big, they can have more medical probs, they can over heat eaiser, their hocks,(feet) can get sore more easiy due to the weight of the rabbit. They can be trained to use to use a ltter box and yes they can be good with a cat in the house, the rabbit will hold its own, it will only take one or two times for the cat to learn to not mess with the rabbit, then they can become great friends.

Flemish Giants do not have a set weight maximum, therefore no one can tell you with precise certainty how big they'll get. Most get in the 20 lb range, but bigger is better with this breed, so you'll often times find some even larger than that (and of course, some much smaller too!).

Flemish Giants typically are very docile rabbits (as compared to say, a Netherland Dwarf). So long as the cat was not an instigator or aggressive in any way, it's safe to say that a young Flemish Giant would tolerate the cat and eventually see it as a potential companion/playmate.

It's a great place to start: info, breeder referrals and more. The key is to go through a reputable ARBA-member breeder for a Flemish Giant...otherwise you'll probably end up with just a big ol' mixbreed (not that there's anything wrong with that, but chances are it will share none of the traits the FG is famous for).
