Get a Sunday Tribune, the real estate section has everything.

Check www. craigslist....I think they even separate 'em by existing, new, neighborhood, maybe even price range.
Otherwise take a ride to the neighborhoods you're interested in and check Real Estate agent's windows... or try the Sunday Tribune...the developers have websites listed.
