Hello, this is a good question. There is a milk you can buy at the vet's, it is for feeding baby kittens, but it is cow milk, and cats should only drink cat milk. I don't know anyone who can milk a cat!

water is quite adequate as a fluid content. no other fluid is necessary to drink but as a treat cat milk is OK. this must be milk specifically formulated for cats and not cows milk.
cows milk causes stomach upsets including vomiting and diarrhoea.

They CAN drink (at least once) all kinds of things, including antifreeze, which will kill them.

Water is the best choice for a cat. Some cats can tolerate milk, some experience extreme (and messy) stomach upset from milk. Again, give your cat water. Water is good stuff for all of us.

water is best for a cat. adult cats are lactose intolerant. i've been known to squeeze out the water from a can of tuna fish for my big boy as a special treat.

Yes they can drink cat milk that you can buy at a pet store. Don't feed them cow milk, it is not good for them.

I have occasionally given my cats clear broth, like chicken or beef broth. Cow's milk is not good for cats because it can give them digsetive troubles, but some pet stores carry a special milk just made for cats.

in the pet aisle of you local grocery store they should sell something called catmilk its by whiskas,it is a milk substitute because cats are lactose intolerant and cant have real milk, because their systems don't have the ability to break down the milk.

My cat drinks beer and loves it. You can give them really watered down milk, too, but if you have a litter box they will run you out of the house... pew!
