The images that I want to resize are those images that my friends add to the messages that they post in comments they add to my page.

despite image you opt to place up must be first switched over into code and then, you pass the website the place you opt to place up it, click on the "upload remark" via their comments section. a splash window thingie will arise~you reproduction & then paste the code into there and click the "positioned up remark" button. you will get to verify what your remark will appear as if in the past you click the "positioned up remark" button back. and now you have long gone and performed it. (of direction you ought to forgive my use of all the technical terminology, i'm a geek, regardless of each and every thing)

i dont know any code, but i know a program the resizes images and works really fast and good.

Their code should look like this add in the width and length now edit their photo like this
you can change the 400 to any # you want until you like it.
