We bought small boxes for everyone that was present and gave them appropriate little gifts ( i.e my sister got "the bestest Aunt" charm, my dad got a #1 grandpa key chain, my mom got a framed sonogram picture) we had them all open them at the same time! They were thrilled!! We found out the due date on Dec 15th the hardest part was keeping it a secret for 10 days!
Congrats!

Write a sweet little poem that lets the parents know that they are going to be grandparents and sign it merry Christmas Grandma and Grandpa. Place it in a box and wrap it up and give it to them as a present.
