Mahatma Gandhi was nominated for the noble peace Prize a number of times but the committee could not take decision for which they regretted later. It was nothing but partiality as Gandhi was Indian.

Mahatma gandhi is not a living person. Noble Peace Prize will go to pity politicians in India.

Why are you thinking that way? Nobody should certify our Mahatma by giving these types of prizes. The Oscar awards, Miss World / Universe and Nobel prize are only the techniquesfor occupying the markets. It is not the field for us. There are different set of rules for different people with color, nationality and religion etc

Well, Nobel Prize Committee accepted that it was a mistake, this year. It can not be given now. as it is not given posthumously.
But actual reason is he never towed the line of Britain & USA. Always, at cross.
