You are being too emotional over this. The guy will probably forget about it by tomorrow. (or else make a joke of it)
If he doesn't then forget about him. Make some other friends who are not rude and immature.

I take it you are still in junior high. He will get over it and you will too. Buy him a candy cane to make up if you need to do anything. If you are mixed together as in church just be nice and eventually he will probably melt the ice around him. It is life and you will win some and lose some. There are so many people to meet and have great releationships with. Let it go.........

I will put it like this. In a relationship, the approach has to be a two way process and the two have to consider all the aspects. Your narration suggests it is you who is desperate to normalise the relations. As a matter of fact the other side is indifferent altogether and all the way. The relationship can not survive even if you feel sorry for the cabdy incident. Since that fellow does not seem to be desirous.

I would suggest give it a final try and therefrom move off if things do not smoothen.

look, I can see that you are upset about this but it's only a candy cane. If he hates you cause he dropped his candy cane he must be 10 years old.

Don't worry about it, he isn't worth even thinking about. Move on

Sweetie, boys act like nuts when they don't know how to handle the emotions they feel towards a girl. If this occured at a party in your church, then maybe you should speak with your youth pastor about the remarks he made to you. These things will come and go. He's just flexing his young male muscles and you're his scapegoat right now. Pray about it and don't stress.

I would make him a new one with two candy cane's.... telling him that your so sorry that you hurt his feeling and would not do something like that on purpose and just hope that he is a true friend.....
Sounds like he really likes you, dont take boy's to seriously. Sometimes they are just looking for a reaction.
Good luck!

Maybe things wouldn't be so bad if you had offered him your candy cane ornament. Don't worry about it...conflict was inevitable, small potatoes. Move on....

If he's mad over a piece of candy - he's not worth it. Seriously, who gets mad over something so silly?

I'm sure he'll be fine in a few days.
