Click on "get abum artwork", it's under the "advanced" tab.

The only album pictures I have been able to get thru iTunes is from the songs I buy directly from them. When you upload a CD into iTunes, if you have your internet on when you do so, iTunes will identify the CD and fill in all the song/artist/album names, but I've never had it give me the pictures unless I buy the music from them.

if you didn't buy the album from itunes, than you have to go onto the internet and find the pic, then drag it to the empty box where the album art goes.

pictures don't go to itunes, they just stay in whatever folder they were
but if u want to transfer to ipod
device -> (your ipod)
and go to photos and there's buttons to click to sync photos
hit apply and when you connect your ipod again it'll be uploaded.
