I haven't seen it yet, and I am a little worried considering the reviews I have heard. It seems the only people who really like it are they ones who haven't read the books. There is one person that has read the books and have said they liked it, that I know of. Most people say that they left a lot out and changed some stuff. I heard that the dragon Sapphira (I don't know if I spelled it right or not) was cute as a baby and that the guy who played Brom (Jeremy Irons) was great, but that is it.

i read both of the books: Eragon(part 1) and Eldest(part 2)
i dont think it is going to be a good movie because there are no great actors(famous..i mean)
also the character that plays Eragon..doesnt seem as he can fulfill the role of Eragon.
another thing is that it looks like as if the people who made the movie used cheap computer graphics.. cause it doesnt look as real. harry potter, for example, or reign of fire, used great graphics to make it look realistic.
but this is just my opinion. =]

It sucks. I didn't know if I was watching LOTR or The Neverending Story.
But Jeremy Irons looks so sexy...

Since I just started reading it, my o-worker said her husband went to see it and was really disappointed. I'm not sure if I wanna go now.

if you havn't read the book, great, but if you had, its nothing like the book at all, big disappointment, ruins the entire book really, puts it to shame
