You count pregnancy from the first day of the last normal menstrual period...so she is 6 weeks pregnant.

Most people would say 6 weeks. But since the sperm can last for 5 days could be as little as 5 weeks.
Most women ovulate around day 14 of the cycle, first day being first day of red blood in period. But that is an average and some folks have shorter or longer cycles. So depends on how long her cycle usually is.

The timing was good for getting pregnant and she probably is. She should be 6 weeks along, because you start counting from the first day of last period, not from the day of conception.

I would have her go to a doctor...and get checked out....
Woman usually ovulate around the 14th day after they started their period..(but all woman aren't the same). I am thinking that she ovulated around the 20th..but would need more info..etc. (how many days are her cycles, etc).

Around 3 weeks. Since she knows the date of conception, you start there.
