It depends on how close you are to these women. For mom you might get her something personal like a certificate for a spa day, for sis you might get her something that might remind her of her childhood. For a gf or wife you would get something romantic and intimate. For a co-worker.... uh, get her something gender neutral lest you risk a sexual harassment suit. ;-)

I think these girls will appreciate anything you give them. Maybe in the baskets you could include candy, a bottle of soda, cosmetics, movies, CD's, a scarf, gloves, fuzzy socks, a Christmas ornament, etc. You could even write them each a short inspirational note or letter. The women I know would like things for their car like jumper cables (teach them how to use), flashlights, first aid kits, dash covers, steering wheel covers, seat covers, personalized license plates, license plate frames, organizers for CDs, sunglasses, etc. Women also love gift certificates - try ones for spas or haircuts or pedicures instead of the usual department stores. Also, magazine subscriptions are good - you can get a magazine for almost any interest.

depending on how much you want to spend and how well you know her....
victoria secret is always a winner and right now they have a free clutch bag with purchase
or a trip somewhere that she has wanted to go to...
or find out her music taste or movie taste and get her something like that and if all else fails then just get her a gift card to her favorite store..and try to put alittle more than 5 bucks on the card..
