Option 1: Sprinkle some cornstarch or baking soda on the stain, then place the garment, stain side down, on a large rag on top of an ironing board. Iron with a hot iron on the wrong side of the stain --most oil and grease stains will come right out. (This trick works only for oil and grease, which need heat to dissolve.)
Option 2: Apply an absorbent such as talcum powder or cornstarch to the affected area, then brush away. If the stain is heavy or old, place stain facedown on paper towels. Blot back of stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. Replace paper towels as they soak up the stain. Spray with laundry pretreatment. Wash in the hottest water that's safe for the garment. Air dry.

Lard IS oil....
Try some goo gone, Clorox Oxy stain remover, shout, white vinegar (as long as you don't care if the vinegar bleaches the color). Pour laundry detergent on the stains, rub and let them set. Then wash in warm water. If that doesn't work, try the stain removers.

Spray the stain really well with Greased Lightening, let it sit for 10-15 minutes & wash as usual.
Should remove your stains.
Good luck!

The easiest way .... put dish washing liquid on the oil/grease, rub it a little bit in and wash.
This method removes every fat (as it does while washing dishes) and it does no damage to the fabrique.

well, when you wash dishes your dish soap cuts grease right? So try your dish soap. I had an epic grease stain on my favorite cleveland browns shirt and i put it in super hot water with dish soap.. it got it out, but keep in mind that it was just a cotton t shirt, use caution about the temperature of the water you are using based on the material type.

Try lighter fluid (please don't smoke while doing this). In high school, my chemistry teacher kept a bottle of carbon tetrachloride for the shop guys who ruined their clothes. It works like magic.
