I do not believe that is possible without facing criminal charges, considering that it is copyrighted. However, if you are trying to make a home-made movie in something like Windows Movie Maker, you could use software that downloads in mp3 format, and not the one iTunes uses. Most video software accepts mp3 files.

However, NO, it is illegal for you to do it unless you are looking for security holes in the DRM scheme.
