Just wondering, everything has been very cool between me and the dude, i just noticed lately when we talk especially online we'll have a conversation going but sometimes he'll just get silent and not say another word for the rest of the night, and today he said "I've been going through some changes" when I asked how he was doing ... by the way, we are not boyfriend/girlfriend

It means that he doesn't have the balls to say that he doesn't want to continue his relationship with you, regardless of what that relationship is.

He is saying that to your to get sympathy and make you not feel like intruding and asking a lot of questions.He might have company and not be able to talk to you on line or whatever.If he says he going through some things whatever answers you were looking for goes out the window.He is baiting you up to see how sorry you are gonna feel and how you gonna react to the BS he is about to unfold.Ex. He probably trying to figure out how to mac you and he can't very well say :I stopped talking because Company came then you gonna know him for the person that he is.Instead make you feel like something is happening and he is hurt by whatever it is then the next time he stops talking you won't think anything.Just like the saying never let the left hand know what the right hand is doing.Besides that his company is probably noisy and he don't want her seeing your friendly constant conversation.

That is so vague (his saying I've been going through some changes). If you had said you were bf and gf I would've said get ready for the shi* to hit the fan....that he was getting ready to let you down easy and break-up. But since your not bf/gf, your guess is as good as mine as to what changes he's been going through. Maybe he'll tell you when he's ready.

I guess he means exactly that...he's been going through some changes. Which he's obviously not quite ready to tell you about yet. Be patient. If you just wait, he'll end up telling you everything.

What would it mean if you said it? Guys aren't that different from girls. Maybe he is becoming more responsible, getting treatment for problems, getting a new job a new girlfriend/boyfriend...
