It's probably the flag of the Sea going Pirates, but lately, it has been indicated to be an elitists college organization/fraternity that specializes in assraping the planet. The Bush men, John F Kerry and many top officials in the USA are all reportedly Skull & Bones frat-club members.
And none will discuss their secret club, yet all will acknowledge the club's existence. That should say it all, but people refuse to listen to reality, so we're just at their mercy.
