i think 3. getting to know the new co-workers.
the rest are kinda easy to learn and allows a few mistake. but once you start off the wrong foot with the other employees - kinda makes everything else difficult for a while with all the office politics, gossip and what have you.

Learning a new system of computers and management...I have done what I do for 12 years. Not much I need to learn other than operations.

For me the hardest part is not having the answers. I don't like not knowing. I am so excited when the day finally comes where it "clicks" and you are ok. I also don't like the term "in training." I am super friendly so I usually get to know the coworkers first.
