Heel pain can be caused by a variety of problems. You should see a podiatrist. Sometimes, all it takes is an orthotic device for your shoe. It depends on what seems to be the problem. An X ray might be taken to see if you have something wrong.

As far as fibroids, many doctors will suggest surgery, some will even suggest hysterectomy. It depends on your age, the size of the fibroid and how symptomatic the fibroid is. You may also try acupuncture. Acupuncture has been known to shrink fibroid tumors successfully. I would try every approach before getting surgery. Good luck.

1. Fibroid is benign tumour and can be removed by operation.
Operation is safe and easy. No medicine will work.

2. Heel pain has different causes like infection in the foot, calcaneal spur (bony growth from the under surface heel bone, that is calcaneum).

If there is no such known cause then try slightly heeled slippers at home and shoes when you go out side. The heel shoudnot be very high.

Aveeno lotion for dry skin really works well. Or after you take a bath/ shower at night oil your feet ( pay close attention to your heels) with vaseline and put socks on. Sleep with the socks on, continue this for a couple days and that should work. Good luck!!

This is going to sound weird. Just try it.

My grandmother has foot cramps all the time. She is very old. One of her friends told her to sleep with a small piece of soap in her sock.

She swears by it, so I tried it because I had Charlie Horses really bad when I was pregnant. I don't know why, I cant tell you but it worked.

Try just a small piece of regular bar soap in your sock. Hope this helps.
