Yes. We decorate our tree by deep frying it and smothering it in gravy. Then we all sing "Grandma got run over by a reindeer", tell each other "you might be a redneck" jokes, light our farts while singing "God rest ye merry gentlemen" and chase chickens in the backyard while trying not to run into rusted out appliances.

Christmas Traditions probably vary slightly from all parts of the country and across national borders. There is a great deal of diversity in celebrating Christmas.
Here is one small example of how New Years is brought in differently between North and South. In the North you must eat sourkraut for good luck and in the south its blackeyed peas. At Christmas and Thanksgiving meals usually come with oyster dressing in the north and down south they prefer cornbread stuffing. There are many differences, but they are really insignificant.

I have known people from all over and I don't think our Christmas traditions are any different from others. Maybe we are just more friendly in the South and would invite you in to have Christmas with us. We have Christmas trees, gifts, bake, have Christmas dinner, spend time with our family and most of of all we honor the birth of Jesus. Is that so different that other people. Merry Christmas.....

No not really, everybody has different Christmas traditions no matter where they live. I put up a tree, and lights in the yard, bake cookies and go to Christmas Eve services.

I think traditions are more based on your family then where you live.
