Only been married 2 1/2 yrs, no kids, etc. He says he just doesn't have much of a sex drive....?
It's highly frustrating and I don't know what to think anymore.

Normal cannot be defined in this instance. Normal would be what the two of you together are comfortable with. If your looking for statistics; statistics lie. If you both work have children ect.ect sometimes its hard to get time alone together. You have to make the time. You have to develop the romance. But you are only in your 30's so I would say twice a week as a guess.

every other day should be a normal sex life for anybody! but atleast once a week would b the normal i think

I'm in my 50 and wife in her 60 and are sex life is GREAT.
Your sex life should never stop If it dose you are dead.
