The carbon dioxide in the soda will acidify the soil. Basically that's acid rain. Pour the water on the Xmass tree especially if it's artificial.

I think some appropriate plant food, a new pot and more/less sun depending on the plant. (flavored, carbonated water will probably kill the plants.)

You give your plants whatever you want to give them! You might want to considerably dilute the carbonated water just in case its too strong for them...but other than that it should be ok...just watch out for the ants!!!

No, the sugar and the carbonated may kill the plant plus it might bring bugs. Get them a new pot for christmas instead- its nice for them and good for you.
