My gut reaction says this is not right but it could simply be your body's way of reacting to the stress around your wedding preparations.

I suggest, for your own peace of mind, you see your doctor and rule out any problems. You obviously do not want to prolong a diagnosis if there is an issue and if this is not serious, you can have more restful sleep knowing you are all okay.

Every women are different. There are cases where women have menstrual for more than 15 days due to environmental and food factor. But it doesn't hurt to see a woman doctor. But I suggest that you should keep yourself happy and healthy because I have menstrual for over 15 days once because I'm in depression.
