just buy the bracelets they sell them almost anyway claires, walmart, and so on. then you take two of them and put one through the other and grabbing the two sides of the one you put through the other other and then grab the other two sides of the bracelets then you just slip it on hopefully that makes sense it is a bit hard to describe in words.

hahah.. this is funny cuz this is so old school. its two plastic bracelets. you can buy a pack of plastic bracelets at claire's and do this. or you can take two hair ties and do this.
hard to explain but you take the one bracelet and pull it through the other bracelet and fold it.. and then do the same to the second bracelet... its like your chaining them together...
play around with it and im sure you'll figure it out. i think thats how kids just randomly came up with it and wore it.
i still do it to my hair ties in class when it's too tight around my wrist!
very cute question! i love it! reminds me of slap on bracelet days! hahah!

i might say they could be used as a intercourse bracelet because of the gooeyness of it would stimulate a girl or male if in keeping with danger human beings place it around the penis making intercourse very pleasing, yet how am i to comprehend i havent have been given a jelly braclet thingy.

Yes, it this is very funny!!!! These kind of bracelets were used like in the 70's & 80's, mostly by gangster girls!!!! At least where I used to live....
I guess they're coming back... Claire's should have them... :o)

Those are just two jelly bracelets folded in half and put on her wrist. They are very common.
