Just don't sit down for the "me" time until you have everything on your list done. Think of that "me" time as your reward for finishing what you need to get done. Works for me.

just ask yourself, if you don't do it now, will somebody do it for you later? If yes, then better endorse it to that person.. But if you are the only one who can and should do it, then by all means, do it now, not for later.. Any which way you will still have to do it sooner or later..
If you are the boss, you ca assign things to your subordinates, but if you don't have people under you to do your bidding, I suggest you make a list of what you have to accomplish for the day and sort it per priority. After you finish a job, put a check on it so that at the end of the day you can see how much work you've done. It's some sort of motivation too..

My husband is a workaholic, he never stops, his motivation is paying off the home mortgage. I figure if you are organised and get the work done asap you have more time to spend relaxing doing the things that you want to do.

How is your general health both physically and mentally? Maybe you need to eat and drink healthier. How about your psyche? Start to think more positively by putting your mind to the task. Get out off old routines that bog you down and give you little feedback. Make a list of to do's and tackle them in small easy steps. This is a part of your exercise regimen. Give yourself time to relax a little before the next project is worked on. Just do it!

I work smart not hard. You need small short term goals. People get overwhelmed with big goals. Just set aside 4-5 small goals each week. Think positive.....
