Linksys has a G card that pops right into the USB port. Connects at a full 54g speed. I have two of these and they work well.

Yes. You can get a USB-type for either desktop or laptops, and you can also get a PC Card type for the laptop. Make sure that the card/device you get is compatable with the access point you'll be connecting to.
For example, if your access point is wireless g, you'd want to get a wireless g card for your computer. You can get lower (b) but you'd be missing out on a higher connection speed.

You can buy from your system vendor or from ISP provider better you check the campatibility before you buy.
