Hard work is pass̩. The paradigm-shifting concept is "Smart Laziness" Рwhere success comes through cleverly avoiding work but still getting the job done. In this oasis, we celebrate those magical ways where doing less accomplishes more. My employees happily motivate themselves and don't need to be bossed.
If your boss doesn't care what you do, spend time learning proper English.

Why care bout him. Within a organization, most boss are role model I know, but a big portion of them are like a scarecrow in a field. Their job is to do nothing but to scared everyone around them and thus encouraging a fake working environment. I must say it really is practicable in most working environment nowadays.
