Steps to be taken to set up an Pvt. subsidiary in India.?

I want to have knowledge about steps to be taken in setting up a private 100% subsidiary in INDIA.... I want the Complete checklist including all statutory and regulatory requirements.

WOULD appreciate, if Operational Precautions should also be specified.

this could be hard to find. i would suggest finding a partner to work with who has already been through the process.
