And if you are so smart and reply with...there is a law, then contact "We the people" and collect the $50,000 reward being offered to show them the law! you can't because you haven't seen the law either. Find "freedon to fascism" and watch the video, it scares the hell out of me! what has the country I fought for in vietnam come to?

you guys can't read very well can you? just eager to type....if you know the law then go collect the reward...otherwise shut up! the INCOME tax you pay DOES NOT PAVE YOUR ROADS! And for you that think I wasn't born to fight for your freedom are most likely just kids yourself. I have nothing to prove to you...I just wish before you condemn you would concider the question, its just a question.

one more thing for you.....not every one that fights the IRS loses....Joseph Bannister for one worked for the IRS as a CID agent. Quit and fought the IRS and won! Not everyone that does not pay INCOME tax goes to jail...

Don't you read very well?? The sixteenth amendment to the constitution, the law of the land, says we have a Federal income tax imposed on us. Tell " we the people" to send me the $ 50,000. I fought in Viet Nam too, but what does that have to do with Federal law set in 1916.

PS GET REAL!!

In industrialized, developed nations, all incomes above a basic threshold are taxed. The developing countries are catching up in enforcing this too. In third world countries, a few in the middle pay tax, the very rich evade it through connections or being the government and the majority live a hand-to-mouth subsistence life, which is difficult (but not impossible) to tax.
In our own lives, for every new layer of beauracracy, there's a new layer of taxes. That's mostly what government is there for, on the understanding that they are representing you in some way.
That's how it has worked for a number of centuries.
There are plenty of civil liberties being eroded that should be defended, but the issue of 'who has the right to tax me?' is definitely a dead one....

What you assert could be technically actual yet legally and virtually irrleavant. There are felony precidents out the ying yang and in case you learn regulation you will comprehend that felony precedents each so often carry extra stress than the regulation itself. Taxation of the widespread public by the legislature is the two felony and correct and constitutional. the reality that there's no particular federal regulation that proscribes punishment is irrelavant, different than as an psychological interest. do not take this to recommend that the government is performing illegally in requring you to pay taxes, it extremely is in simple terms a loopy person's argument.

I know what you are saying....

And you can't "double tax" the SAME thing either, but they do that too. State, local, Fed, etc... You have one job, but a half dozen places taxing you for it.

I guess it is safer not to work at all, then there is no potential of being a tax victim or a criminal involved in not paying taxes.

HOWEVER, if you are an illegal immigrant, then there are exceptions to the rules.

The supreme court of the U.S. did rule income tax unconstitional at one time, in 1800's so do your research because the constition has not changed since then. Someone needs to challenge it again. Be that person and a hero for all.

they are called tax LAWS for a reason. but income tax was supposed to be temporary, just like welfare. if you always belive what you see online, you should try not paying your taxes. I'm too scared of the IRS to try it. Call the ACLU and make a case if you're so convinced...

The law would be the XVI Amendment.
"We the People" is a farce.

Just don't pay your taxes, and they will show you which laws you have broken.

Go on, try it! You believe in these clowns, don't you?

Full of crap aren't you. Vietnam, uh huh. You were probably not even born. If you did fight it was for Ford Motor company, or general dynamics. Don't pay, see what happens. Take it to court. Have fun in Danberry.

Well it would be pretty risky to build up anything nice and have it crumble from beneath you as the IRS had it's way with you.
