George finds politics interesting but must try harder, has a tendency to get into situations that he finds difficult to get out of.

George has made little progress in this term, and his attempts to impress others has fallen well short of what is expected of him.

Would advise a different choice for his future career.

Ability: D - Effort: C+ Overall achievement: E -

Bottles, ( love the name by the way, and no I'm not being sarcastic)
Reagan was slagged off to hell when he was in power, especially by the young, at home and abroad, he was given names like Hopalong, and much more nastier ones as well, which I will not repeat seeing as the guy has passed on, but now he has passed on he is reagrded as one of the best, how funny time and events make things look different years later.

Crazy as it seems now, it may well turn out that Mr Bush JR, may well be given the same acolades in years to come, but I have a strange but more forboding feeling, for totally different reasons than old Ronny Reagan.

Sorry Connor about the school report jive, but I just could not resist it.

The problem with the question is that you will only get personal opinions in the short-view. Only the long-view of history can tell what path each president launched the nation upon. Lincolin, for example, came within a breath of loosing the union and until his death was beind condemed by his party for his policies.

Also, Truman left office with amazingly low approval ratings but as decades passed historians gave him credit for setting the rules for the cold war and being among the greatest most honorable men ever to occupy the presidency.

I know this may not be the answer you're looking for but it is the most honest answer which can be offered.

... kind of a long-winded way of saying "I don't know"

I think george W. is mostly a moron. I believe he is a puppet for his father in a sense. I think senior devised a plan in his last reign. His son knows the idea and is going forward with what needs to be done. He should have taken afghanistan better and moved to Libya and iran next at the same time as iraq. sadam needed to go and Iraq is key for strategic reasons. can we honestly sit here and wait for it to happen again. the shiite among others muslim extremeists are a big threat. for the people over there it is a big deal as well as over here. What was sadams religion? we need the oil. Kuwait has the refineries. Saudi Arabia isnt much better. a World War is comming. Do we control the devastaion or let it happen? Lets think people and look at the pieces.look at what some countries Have done to there own people. What they did to The people the cut there heads off with rusty machetties. Sadam used Mustard gas on his own people and cut down hundreds of people himself when the solders wouldnt then killed the soldier who refused. Why would we let people like this to remain in power. We should have let Israel Do what needed to be done with Gaza and Lebanon. They have been attack first for how long now. Do we really think that it will stop at Israel. Come on think about it. great or not it needs to be done.

Do I have to choose between those two? Because neither of those words really fits my perception of him.
While I am not in any position to judge the man, he comes across to me as a weak man who makes his decisions according to preconceived notions, without analyzing realities as they happen. I have some other rather negative perceptions as well, but if they are a midjudgement they would be very cruel. In any case, ir he is a great president, he certainly has not struck me that way at all.
EDIT:
If this is a poll you are taking, he isn't coming out too well. I am sceptical of this kind of poll though. My feeling about him hasn't changed since the beginning, he seems to have confirmed my intial ocncerns, but I have a feeling that just 3 or 4 years ago, you wouldn't have seen many negative comments in answer to your question.
EDIT again:
In fact, it almost makes me want to jump to his defense, but - I just can't.
EDIT yet again:
Just to show my opposition to him is not because I am anti-republican, I have a lot of respect for Ronald Reagan. I believe what he did with the contras was totally wrong, but I always felt he was a man worthy of respect. and I believe history will grant him a pretty high place as presidents go.
Someone compares him to Clinton in relationship to Bin Laden. Well, Clinton had three places bombed, hoping to get Bin Laden. I think it was Bush's father who armed Bin Laden so he could practice terrorism against the Soviets? Or could it have been Ronald Reagan? If so, one of his mistakes.

All I can say is God help us if one of his brothers run and win. I have had enough of all of the bush family to do me a lifetime. THEY ARE ALL IDIOTS with money that buys them power.
