Lots of problems...
Criminal consequences not to mention that marriage number 2 will not be valid - so you will have one upset (non)spouse and will need to marry that person again in the future after the divorce. Also everytime you indicate you are married (ie tax returns) you will be comitting a fraud. This is a very bad situation - get divorced first!

Yes, it will be a problem if you live in the USA, no matter what State you live in. You could go to jail for several years for this. Remember, once you marry before your divorce is final, you can not undo it, no matter how sorry you are later. It is not worth it if
you value your freedom. No one can force you to marry and you
know what you are thinking of is illegal. If you are not willing to Do The Time, Do Not Do The Crime. This will haunt you forever.

In the U.S. bigamy is a federal offense so yeah there will be a BIG problem if you get married a second time before your first marriage is disolved, at least for you...

I have a brilliant solution to this dilemma:
How about postponing your wedding until AFTER the divorce is final?
Yes, that will save you from such hassles such as JAIL TIME, etc.
