Actually, my family does have a motto, which translates to "I Am Ready" - a bit wasted on me thougjh........a more appropriate one should be "It's just as well we're family"

Our family motto is "Any excuse to get together" like a friday, a holiday, a nothing day--we are very close and get together at the drop of a hat at someones house.

"keep a cool one"
which pretty much means don't take this day too seriously and don't forget to smile. I know, that's weird. But when I lived at home we said that every morning when we left for school.
...and my parents just got a new welcome mat for my mom's birthday. All it says on it is "Leave." It pretty much just sums them up! Just kidding, I love my parents.

"if you're coming over call first, better yet, don't come at all. no body wants you here"
I say that cause my mom and bro hate company.
