Usually they want to know situations in previous where you did certain things ie.. went out of your way to give over 100%, or suggestion or action that made overall work conditions better, things in this line of questions is what you should be prepared for. Its not that big of a deal, they just want to know why they should hire you over the guy sitting next to you...can you answer that?

there will be a couple of questions from your academic major...like accounts if you are acommerce graduate.
there will be questions on why bpo....other jobs you tried, what yu know on the industry, how long yu will stay, working in shifts, family baground, girlfriend, hobbies etc
there are questions of fraudulanyt activities....if you come to know you riend is doing some cookie stuff, hw you react etc etc
you need to go prepared and bpo industry is looking fr people and you just need to be an average smart......
