Ovulation happens 10-16 days before the onset of your next period. It is possible to release multiple eggs in the same cycle but if your ovaries do so then both eggs will be released within a 24 hour period. After the egg is released it is viable (stays alive) for only 6-24 hours. Miscarriage has no affect on future fertility.

It is possible to ovulate twice in the same cycle, however it is rare.Occasionally a woman will release a 2nd (or rarely more) egg within the same cycle. This normally happens within 24 hours of the release of the 1st egg. Aside from the hormones estrogen, follicle-stimulating hormone, luetenizing hormone and progesterone, there are other factors that can influence when ovulation occurs. These factors - stress (good and bad stress), illness and interruptions in your normal routine (i.e. moving into a new location or taking a trip) can either delay ovulation or bring it on earlier. Personally I have always had a harder time getting pregnant again after miscarriage so I dont know if that true or not. I've had 4.

Being a mother of six kids I don't think there are any special days that you can get pregnant during the month. I think once the eggs are there during that month they will be available for hatching anytime until you have your monthly again. Being one that has had a few miscarriages, I think you need to give your body a break after it happens because you are very delicate in that area more than you think. I understand the wanting of a child but it will happen whe it's supposed to. Just be patient. But to answer your question about expelling two eggs at a time, from what I remember reading somewhere is that your body expells several eggs and the ones fertilized will be babies or if not fertilized they will all pass as your monthly. Hope this helps.
