A hair growing pill. I would try a big afro for a while then a bon jovi hair do then dread locks etc.

Cure all of the illnesses (mental, physical, autoimmune, etc) that people have as well as all of the side effects caused from these illnesses (example: diabetes causes blindness, kidney damage, stomach problems, heart attacks, etc--would want to cure the diabetes and all of the things it causes).
